Product of the week - Sanitarium Veggie Delights...
I know a lot of vegos and vegans aren’t into the ‘fake meats’ out there, but I quite like them. In the past, people have said ‘If you’re a vegetarian then why do you eat something that tastes like meat?’ and I say ‘Cause I DO like the TASTE of meat, I just don’t like the fact that it used to be a living, breathing animal’.

Picnicing
This long weekend I was happy to have my lovely Mum, Dad and sister come to stay a night. Today we enjoyed a picnic by the Newcastle Foreshore. Mum, as always, provided us with some amazing picnic food.
